This is a plain-english summary of the key topics most artists ask about when using Nina, not a legally binding document. For the full, legally binding terms, click here.
- Does Nina own my music after I upload it?
Your music is yours, 100%. We only get the rights we need to run our services, like hosting and streaming your music, and that’s it.
- Are you using my music to train AI?
No. We don’t use your music to train AI models or for any purpose you haven’t explicitly agreed to.
- Who gets my money when I buy music?
Your purchase goes directly to the artist or label that uploaded the release.
- Can I upload DJ mixes or tracks with uncleared samples?
You can only upload music that you fully own or have the proper rights to. This includes clearing any samples used in your tracks and ensuring you have legal permission for DJ mixes. If it’s not cleared, it doesn’t belong on Nina and is subject to removal.
